Sons of the Land · Architectural Finishes · Singapore
A living finish. Not a coating. Our pure mineral Lime Paint is breathable, antimicrobial, and carbon-absorbing — a surface system engineered specifically for Singapore and Malaysia's tropical humidity.
Breathable. Releases humidity rather than trapping it. No peeling, no bubbling.
Antimicrobial. Natural high-pH alkalinity resists mould and bacteria — no biocides needed.
Carbon-Absorbing. Cures by re-mineralising and absorbing CO₂ from indoor air.
Zero-VOC & Ethical. No plastics, no resins, no animal by-products. Safe for nurseries and green-rated homes.
Our lime begins as limestone from a single source in the region — hills of the same geology that fed this peninsula's kilns for generations. While others ship lime across oceans from Europe and Australia, ours is born of the tropics and fired for tropical walls. It has never known any other climate.
One origin. One journey. No ocean freight, no re-blending, no anonymous supply chain. The quarry stays our secret — the stone speaks on the wall.
Architectural Finishes, Specified & Applied
Breathable mineral surface systems that allow walls to release moisture rather than trap it.
Hand-applied mineral plasters creating depth, tactility, and architectural presence.
Mineral tones pigmented from earth, stone, and oxide — named for the region that made them.
Screens lie about mineral pigment. Test the real tone on your actual wall.
Certain projects require scaffolding, boom lifts, or access systems due to height or site constraints. These are assessed and quoted separately. They are not included by default.
Every wall we finish is documented.
Real projects, real substrates, real curing — no showroom staging. See finished installations as they were handed over.

Every project begins with a surface assessment — not a sales call.
Consultation is required before samples or quotations.
Our work involves hand application, material behaviour, curing time, and natural variation. Exact replication, rushed timelines, uncontrolled substrates, and unsuitable environments are not part of our process.
We reserve the right to decline projects where conditions or expectations are incompatible with the selected system.
What to know before you enquire
Yes, when specified correctly. However, surface systems are not a substitute for structural waterproofing. We are not liable for failures caused by existing building leaks or rising damp.
As our systems are bespoke and hand-applied, projects are strictly non-refundable once surface preparation or application has commenced.
We provide a 36-month workmanship warranty for application defects — three times the market norm. Any damage post-handover (moving, cleaning, other contractors) is strictly chargeable at current rates.
No. Reference images are for tone direction only. Natural variation, tonal shifts, and hand strokes are material properties and are not classified as defects.
Mineral and artisanal finishes are inherently non-uniform. If you require zero variation, our systems are not suitable for your project.
No. Scaffolding, boom lifts, and height access systems are assessed and quoted as separate, non-negotiable line items.
No. Every package is a complete architectural system — moisture testing, substrate-specific priming, and Level 5 dustless preparation before any mineral finish goes on. If you want a cheap 'lick of paint', we are not the right partner.

Every system is hand-applied by our own team — capacity is limited each month, and slots are scheduled in order of confirmed assessments.
